軟X線ビームラインであるBL27SUの副担当として、ユーザー支援ならびにビームラインの高度化を行っています。軟X線吸収分光測定と軟X線発光分光測定を主に担当しており、現在は背面照射型軟X線用CCDカメラを利用した蛍光深さ分解XAFS法の開発を行っています。今後、Liイオン電池材料などに対して試料内部の隠れた界面のその場化学状態分析を行うために、真空中にて動作可能な電気化学セルを作成し、深さ分解XAFS測定と融合していく予定です。
