X線散乱法を用いて高分子材料のÅからμmまでの階層構造を評価する手法・装置の開発をするとともに、様々な材料の小角X線散乱法を用いた構造評価を行っています。BL03XUにて手法・装置開発を実施しながら、BL03XU, BL40XU, BL40B2, BL45XUにて研究活動を行っています。マイクロビームを用いた不均一階層構造評価、異常分散を利用した元素選択的構造変化の追跡、微弱散乱試料における高SN比散乱測定、マイクロビーム極小角X線散乱測定法の開発など、手法・装置開発を中心に研究業務を進めております。
